TITLE

Watch a walrus and her baby snuggle in the cold ocean waters.

Walruses are noisy animals. Some of the noises they make on land are snorts, growls, whistles, and barks. Underwater, male walruses make bell-like sounds. When they gather in groups of thousands, it can get loud. Sometimes walruses startle easily at noises. This may create a walrus stampede where the large group of walruses rush to safety in the water.
