Football is played on a field. Players pass the ball to get it down the field. They might also run with the ball. The other team tries to block them. If the defending team fails, the player with the ball might score a touchdown.
Quarterbacks usually pass the ball. But there are times when they have to be runners, too. Here is Russell Wilson running against the Arizona Cardinals. His teammate on the ground is blocking for him. Wilson gained 31 yards on the run. Do you think it’s more important for a quarterback to be able to run or throw well?
