TITLE

The golden pheasant is a spectacular bird with brilliant feathers. They are even brighter than ring-necked pheasants. Golden pheasants are from China. Male golden pheasants are red, gold, blue, orange, and green. They have golden crowns of feathers on their heads. Females are not as colorful. These birds might have been the inspiration for the legend of the mythical fire bird, the phoenix.
