TITLE

Baby cows can stand quickly. They are able to walk within an hour of their birth. It is important that calves stand up. They need to eat. Farmers put tags on calves soon after they are born. Tags have information about the calf and the farm.

Cows come in several different colors. Many dairy cows have black and white spots. Some cows are solid black or solid brown. Many cows have short hair. But one type of cow has long hair. This long hair helps keep them warm during the winter.
