TITLE

Traditionally, people use two hands to eat pho. One hand holds chopsticks. People use this hand to pick up the noodles and toppings. The other hand holds a spoon. The spoon helps people catch the noodles and sip the broth. People in Vietnam often eat pho for breakfast.

Pho is made with rice noodles. Many noodles and pastas are made with wheat flour. But rice noodles use rice flour instead. This flour gives them a pale white color. The noodles don’t have much flavor on their own. They absorb liquid from the broth.
