TITLE

Coaches teach players how to tackle correctly. Players should not hit one another in the head. Instead, they should grab a player at the hips. Then, they push the player to the ground. This method causes fewer injuries and keeps players safe.

Every pro football team has a group of trainers. Their job is to help injured players. In this picture, the trainers are helping Ronald Darby of the Philadelphia Eagles. Darby tore ligaments in his knee during a game in 2018.
