Often ADHD is looked at as something that causes difficulties. However, recent research shows that children with ADHD can think more creatively than others. ADHD causes divergent thinking. This means a child with ADHD’s thoughts can go in many directions from one starting thought. It helps with brainstorming and thinking outside the box.
