Cashews are healthy. They have good fats and oils in them. They also have minerals. Minerals help living things grow strong. Iron and copper are minerals in cashews. They are important for heart and blood health.

People must roast cashews before they can sell them. Some cashews are roasted over a fire. But the smoke can be dangerous. It can hurt people’s eyes and skin. People may also roast cashews in round containers. These are safer than over the fire.
