There are different types of anacondas. Some can grow to be 30 feet (9 meters) long. That is longer that two cars put together!

Anacondas can hunt on land. But they often hunt in the water. Anacondas are great swimmers. They can stay underwater for up to ten minutes. This lets them sneak up on prey and also stay away from predators.
