Hockey is a sport played on ice. Players use skates to move. They use curved sticks to push around a puck. The team works together to get the puck into the goal.

The Stanley Cup is a big silver trophy given to the winners of the Stanley Cup Finals. The captain of the winning team receives the trophy after the final game. He lifts the Cup over his head and skates around the rink. Then, each of his teammates gets a turn to skate with the Cup. The champions get to keep the Cup for one year.
