TITLE

All llamas have long fur. It protects them from rain, wind, and snow. Llamas often have white fur. But llamas can come in a variety of colors. Some are solid black or solid brown. Some have multicolored fur. They can even have spots.

People have used llamas as pack animals for thousands of years. The first people to use them lived in the Andes Mountains in South America. Llamas’ thick fur protects them from cold weather. Llamas are also very sure-footed. They can go long distances over rough ground.
